Refund policy

The children's gala has run successfully for many years, however in the event of severe inclement weather we may have to cancel, possibly at last minute.

If we do have to cancel the event you will be entitled to a full refund. The gala is funded by the Musselburgh and Inveresk Community Council and some customers may choose not to request a refund in order to support MICC in their activities throughout the year as well as future galas.

Methods to request a refund will be publicised at the point of any event cancellation.

We would reimburse you no later than 30 days from the date of cancellation but would aim to do so as soon so possible. We would use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you would not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
